This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to both safety excellence and the professional growth of our team.Key Responsibilities:Encourage and support change by collaborating with internal stakeholders, guiding behaviour and actions which support a work improvement culture.Conduct necessary audits and observations for the Safety program, record, and report findings to the Operations Manager.Work with the branch leadership and team to drive improvements in the safety culture and engagement.Be proactive within the team by providing good support, morale, and an enjoyable work environment.Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE policies and proceduresConduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across regional operationsLead HSE training sessions and toolbox talks to reinforce safety cultureCoordinate and deliver learning & development programs in line with strategic planning.Work closely with managers to identify training needs and capability gapsMaintain accurate records of safety and training activities.Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and internal safety standards.About You...This is an extremely busy role and requires someone who thrives on working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
