As we deliver complex and rewarding projects from coast to coast, were offering an excellent opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join our high-performing team.With flexibility in mind, this role can be based in any capital city across the county, allowing you to grow your career from a location that suits your lifestyle.About The RolePreparing accurate first principal estimates based on quantities, productivities, and rates to produce costing for tenders in accordance with client pricing schedules and agreed Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).Review specifications and quality, safety, environmental and sustainability requirements for all tenders.Attend project sites (where practical) to gain a thorough understanding of local conditions.Evaluation of Contractor tender costs and provide structure for contractors to supply cost dataLiaise with the Bid Manager and Planner to agree methodology and principles.About youTertiary qualification which relates to estimating e.g., Engineering, Building, Construction, or Quantity Surveying.Working knowledge of CATS highly regardedAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.Highly collaborative nature with the ability the ability to manage and mentor junior colleagues.Dont tick all the boxes but youre still excited about this opportunity?
