We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Concession Manager with a clienteling background. You will be responsible for driving business results through team development and managing store image, product, and operations.Your responsibilities include:Business Development focusing on key strategiesTeam Management motivating and developing staffClient Management building relationships with clientsCustomer Relationship Management managing customer database, booking appointments, and organizing VIP eventsStore Management housekeeping, inventory, and visual merchandisingThis is a full-time position, 38 hours per week, at our upcoming store in David Jones Pacific Fair.About you2-4 years retail management experience, preferably in luxury retail. Experience in concession management at David Jones is a plus. You should understand concession retail, including business development, visual merchandising, and store operations.
