This strategic leader will work closely with global commercial teams to develop and execute initiatives that increase deal size, accelerate time to close, and enhance overall business effectiveness. The role involves supporting commercial teams across the entire customer lifecycle, providing market intelligence, sales training, and operational optimization. The Director will oversee onboarding, product launch effectiveness, and sales performance visibility to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Additionally, they will develop commercial strategies to position Waters effectively across market verticals and customer segments.ResponsibilitiesGlobal Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Development: Lead the design and execution of GTM strategies aligned with business objectives and market segmentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize organizational structure, call planning, and targeting for maximum growth.Team Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and mentor a diverse team of commercial operations, sales operations, and training professionals. Provide coaching and performance management to ensure team success.Sales Territory Design & Strategy: Develop strategic sales territory plans to optimize coverage and resource allocation, maximizing growth in targeted markets.Sales Enablement & Support: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create sales enablement programs, tools, and training to improve sales efficiency.Sales Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales workflows, identify bottlenecks, and leverage technology to reduce sales cycle times and increase conversion rates.Leadership in CRM & Data Analytics: Lead initiatives to enhance data capture and analytics.
