Test Manager (JN -042025-40101) Brisbane CBD, Brisbane, AustraliaAbout the CompanyDavidson has proudly partnered with a government agency to assist them in sourcing a seasoned Test Manager.About the RoleThis role will require you to define the testing strategies, setting up the testing frameworks and governance models across a large-scale program.Key responsibilities:Provide authoritative and influential advice to senior stakeholders including Portfolio Directors, Digital Leads, Project Managers, and other key decision-makers on all things testinggovernance, reporting, risk mitigation, and change management.Define and implement a program-wide testing strategy, including a robust test framework that ensures consistent quality and alignment with the broader strategic goals.Establish and oversee a test reporting framework adopted across all digital work packages to ensure cohesive and transparent test reporting and assurance practices.Lead and mentor a team of testing professionals, providing coaching, setting quality standards, allocating resources, and driving performance across testing functions.Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of all testing activities across complex, large-scale technical solutions and multiple workstreams.About YouProven experience as a Test Manager in complex digital environments.Strong background in establishing testing strategies, test frameworks, and structured assurance practices.Previous experience in construction or health-related programs will be highly regarded.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and direct high-performing teams.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.The BenefitsHybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office.Please apply with your current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).
