We take pride in our past accomplishments and are excited about future possibilities.The OpportunityThe Warehouse Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient management of daily warehouse operations. This role ensures the seamless receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.The Warehouse Manager leads a team of warehouse staff, coordinates with dispatch and technicians, and liaises closely with showrooms, drivers, and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of escalations and exceptional service delivery.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, and product distribution.Supervise warehouse staff, providing leadership, ongoing training, and performance management to maintain a motivated and effective team.Develop and implement warehouse operational procedures and processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.Ensure safe handling, storage, and dispatch of products to prevent damage and loss.Monitor KPIs, ensure targets are met, and implement actions to achieve goals.Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements and company policies.About you5+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related role, preferably within retail or furniture industries.Demonstrated experience in team management, training, and performance development.Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse logistics, and operational best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Understanding of WHS regulations and compliance obligations.Our ValuesPassion, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation these values unite and inspire us.
