NACYS Child Care Centre provides long day care and OSHC services.NACYS plays a very important role in the community as the Backbone organization for the The Children in the North Alliance (CiTN). The CiTN is a collaboration with communities, government agencies, and service providers to drive meaningful change to improve outcomes for children and young people in the Northern Suburbs.We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, self-reflective Director with a strong sense of social justice and the ability to think big picture, to lead our team of enthusiastic educators in making a positive difference in the crucial early years of children within the local community.You will be passionate about pedagogy and curriculum planning and experienced in developing respectful relationships with children, their families and multidisciplinary professionals in leading a team striving for continuous improvement in the provision of quality care and education in a Long Day Care and Out of School Hours Care setting.If this sounds like you - come join our team!
