Youll guide and mentor your team, ensuring exceptional care and education for every child.Key Responsibilities IncludeLeading the delivery of innovative, fun and milestone aligned programsMentoring and supporting educators in their professional growthBuilding strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your teamMaintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environmentObserving, documenting, and supporting childrens developmentSkills & ExperienceWere looking for a leader who is passionate about shaping a positive learning environment.
