The Group Privately owned property company with a portfolio of high-profile hotel assets. The Role Reporting into the Managing Director, your role will be broad, hands-on, and include: Lead and manage a small accounting team Manage financial reporting and forecasting for hotel portfolio Oversee monthly and quarterly asset performance reporting Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax obligations Liaise with external auditors and advisors during year-end review and statutory audit processes Assist in managing finance and compliance obligations Enhance asset-level reporting processes and procedures Investor reporting and analysis The Person CA or CPA qualified 58 years'' experience in asset management finance roles within the property sector Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills For more information, please call Loressa Vogel at Capstone on 02 9146 6660.
