We do this by building our team with passionate professionals who go above and beyond to provide outstanding service, plus we have the coldest and most affordable drinks in town.What is the role?We are looking for an experienced Licensee or someone with managerial experience to lead our team. As licensee you will be responsible for the overall management of the venue, including but not limited to: Lead by example by providing exceptional service and ensure the team delivers and maintains exceptional customer service standards. Handling customer complaints and enquires. Recruitment & induction of all staff. Training and development of all staff. Collaboration with the Board of Directors to continue to grow and develop the club. Ensure licensing, Work Health & Safety and compliance requirements are met. Ensure all financial and non-financial KPIs are adhered to and considered in all decisions regarding management of the club.Who are you?You are someone who loves creating exceptional and memorable experiences for both customers and staff. You are passionate about hospitality and thrive in the fast-paced environment that hospitality is known for. You are a team player and strive to inspire and motivate as a leader.You will need to hold or acquire a current NSW RSA, RCG & ARCG. You must have experience in leading a team of people, event management and financial management.To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, exceptional time management skills and be able to plan and set clear working goals for yourself and your team.Skills & Qualities required or to be acquired: Experience managing a high-volume beverage venue. Completed Licensees training course and police checks. Current RSA, RCG and ARCG certificates are essential. Ability to inspire and drive a team. Knowledge of TAB and gaming operations and the required service levels. Experience in developing and executing operational procedures. Highly organised, competent with a strong work ethic. Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and conflict and work efficiently under pressure.
