You will lead, develop and manage the organisation to achieve high performance and foster a strong values-based culture, as well as advocating for positive change and greater employment opportunities for people with disabilities.About YOU10+ years experience in senior leadership, preferably within the Community/Not for Profit sectorExemplary strategic, financial, operational and people management skillsSignificant understanding of, and commitment to, people with a disability and the Values and Purpose of LVEAn understanding of the political environment and current issues affecting the disability system and the disability employment sector (including NDIS)Experience in building & executing B2B growth strategies with government and private clientsExtensive experience in leading and building safety first culturesExperience in working with a Board, including ensuring effective communication and governanceDemonstrated history of analysing data, trends and information, identifying risk, opportunities and issues for the organisation, and evidence of using the information to drive system and organisational changes, to achieve its goals and objectivesEvidence of highly developed interpersonal, communication, negotiation and consultative skills with experience in developing and maintaining collaborative partnerships and stakeholder relationshipsFinancial and commercial acumen with extensive experience in the preparation of budgets, business plans and funding submissionsMasters levels qualifications in management, business, finance or related fields, desiredGembridge is proud to partner with Latrobe Valley Enterprises.Gembridge Australia and LVE champions diversity and is committed to building an inclusive environment.
