This role requires someone who can take accountability for the site, oversee all activities, ensure timely and quality repairs, and maintain customer satisfaction. The goal is to maximize profitability and uphold our reputation, all within a safe working environment. Responsibilities Work Health and Safety Maintain the WHS management system to ensure site safety Report and record safety incidents or near misses promptly Follow all environmental policies and procedures Customer Service and Stakeholder Management Provide exceptional service to clients and work providers Walk clients through repairs upon vehicle collection Maintain relationships with work providers Quality and Vehicle Management Ensure repairs restore vehicles to pre-accident condition Conduct final QA inspections Address quality or safety concerns Prepare accurate quotes and conduct vehicle inspections upon arrival Update management systems to reflect vehicle status Manage parts ordering, invoicing, and storage Production Workshop Management Oversee workshop production to meet targets Manage vehicle flow to maximize capacity Ensure repairs follow specified methods and SOPs Use consumables efficiently to reduce wastage P&L, Reporting, and Administration Ensure profitability, review financial reports, and manage budgets Prepare and submit accurate reports on time Manage invoicing and ensure compliance with subcontractor requirements Communicate costs effectively to clients Leadership and People Management Build a positive team culture Manage staffing, recruitment, and onboarding Conduct performance reviews Handle employee issues in collaboration with HR Ensure team members hold valid licenses and qualifications We understand that flexible hours may be necessary and are open to discussing options for this role or similar positions.
