They seek a strong financial leader with ambition & drive to support this growth phase.The successful candidate will support the CEO & COO, who are highly committed to the company''s success and future, both having long tenures with the business.This role requires presence in the office five days a week, working closely with operational stakeholders due to its business-critical nature.The RoleManage the finance team and oversee tasks including:Leading the finance team, reviewing structure & task allocation to support growth and integration of acquisitions.Implementing controls, streamlining processes, and standardizing reporting across entities.Managing financial reporting, including month-end and year-end processes.Strategic financial planning, forecasting, modelling, insights, analysis, and management reporting.Preparing and presenting board reports.Ensuring tax compliance.Maintaining relationships with banking institutions.Your BackgroundWe are seeking ambitious Financial Controllers ready to step up or current Finance Directors passionate about people and processes.You should be CA or CPA qualified to lead and mentor the team.Ideal candidates are passionate, ambitious self-starters with a proven track record, preferably with experience in medium-sized businesses encompassing a broad scope of responsibilities, including accounting operations such as AR, AP, and payroll.Experience with M&A or post-acquisition integration is highly desirable, especially in establishing strong controls and processes to safeguard financial integrity.If interested, please contact Adele at Richard Lloyd on 02 8324 5647, quoting reference 9284, or click ''apply now'' below.Please submit your CV in Word format.
