You should have extensive experience leading financial operations within an ASX-listed business and preferably in a private equity-backed environment. Your commercial acumen will enable you to navigate complex financial landscapes and provide strategic insights that drive business decisions. Experience in leading acquisitions, integrations, and preparing businesses for successful exits is essential. Excellent relationship management skills are necessary to effectively communicate financial insights to investors, boards, and executive teams.
