This is a permanent, full-time role based in Melbourne, with flexible work options available.The Role:Youll advise on complex commercial deals, technology integrations, and long-term partnerships that are shaping the future of customer experience in a well-established, innovation-focused enterprise. Your work will span deal structuring, contract negotiation, and helping business stakeholders navigate regulatory and commercial complexity with clarity and precision.Youll Be Responsible For:Negotiating and drafting high-value commercial contracts and collaboration agreementsProviding clear, actionable legal advice on novel partnership models and tech initiativesWorking cross-functionally with legal specialists in privacy, data, and techEngaging and managing external counsel when requiredDelivering practical legal guidance that builds capability across the businessWhat You Bring:Between 5 to 7 years PQE gained from a top tier firm in either Corporate/Commercial, Banking and Finance, M&A, Technology/TMT.Experience in-house is of interest if it''s via secondment or in a large organisation within a regulated industry.Strong track record in commercial transactions, ideally within regulated or tech-driven sectorsExceptional stakeholder management and communication skillsA practical, collaborative mindset with a sharp eye for both risk and opportunityAdmission to practice in Victoria or eligibility to be admitted to practice in Victoria is mandatory.This is a standout role for a lawyer ready to take the lead in cutting-edge, high-impact work within a forward-thinking organisation.Interested?
