You will oversee the performance and strategic direction of Minor Hotels'' Real Estate operations (MINT Residential) across Australasia, leading our property sales and rental teams. This role is ideal for an accomplished agency leader eager to contribute to a global hospitality organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the MINT Residential division, including Build to Rent (BTR), Permanent Rentals, and Property Sales, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence across Australasia.Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the BTR portfolio and enhance profitability, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks through market analysis.Oversee negotiations and execution of property agreements, ensuring compliance with contracts, legislation, and company standards.Provide visionary leadership to property management teams, fostering a culture of high performance, engagement, and development through coaching and feedback.Collaborate with executive management to design and implement operational frameworks supporting growth objectives.Ensure compliance with real estate laws, licensing, trust accounting, and company policies, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Represent Minor Hotels positively in interactions with bodies such as owners, developers, and corporate partners.Prepare and present reports to senior management, updating stakeholders on key performance metrics.QualificationsCurrent Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Full License in at least one Australian state, with the ability to obtain mutual recognition elsewhere.8-10+ years of experience in real estate sales and property management.Strong knowledge of real estate legislation, compliance, and industry standards.Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship skills, with high emotional intelligence.Proven strategic planning, business development, and financial decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and handle confidential information.Additional InformationAt Minor Hotels, we value our people.
