As we grow in South Australia, this hotel will build local partnerships, showcase our brand, and deliver the Veri-Best guest experience that sets us apart.ResponsibilitiesOur hotels operate like small businesses, managed by General Managers who understand that genuine success depends on focusing on key commercial drivers. Surrounded by a passionate support and operations team, youll bring creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and a hands-on approach to drive business success.During the pre-opening phase, you will collaborate with our Development & Corporate Office teams on hotel delivery and business ramp-up, with some travel to Melbourne before opening and ongoing site visits to ensure tasks and timelines are met.Post-opening, your responsibilities will include:Optimising business turnover and profitDriving business development and growthBuilding a high-performance team aligned with our valuesManaging daily hotel operations according to our Veri-Best FrameworkEnhancing guest satisfaction and managementEnsuring business compliance and incident managementFacility and asset managementManagement administration and reportingWe are seeking someone interested in a long-term career with a growing, Australian-owned hotel group.
