With operations stretching from the Central Coast to the Shoalhaven and over 10 active websites, this is a critical senior leadership role responsible for brand performance, strategic growth, and market impact.Reporting to our General Manager and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, youll play a key role in shaping the future of our diverse portfolio of brands and business units. Youll oversee a team of five (5) marketing and technology professionals, with a strong focus on growing market share, strengthening brand awareness, and driving innovation across digital and traditional channels.Were seeking an autonomous, solutions-oriented, people-first leader who is customer-focused, commercially savvy, and passionate about pushing boundaries. Enjoy access to industry best practice training, a range of support programs, and a barista-made, company appreciation coffee on us every Friday!Some of your key responsibilities will include: Managing the overall marketing strategy and associated budgets for all HPG business units including campaign creation and execution Leading a team of marketing and technology professionals to drive revenue across a variety of business units and revenue streams Working directly with the executive leadership team you will report on key campaigns and projects and utilise business data to assist in driving the strategic direction of the business. Stakeholder management with third party agencies, suppliers and partners Leading the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid and organic search, social media, web, TV, radio, print, and out of home. Overseeing reporting for all marketing activity, including customer journey mapping, data analysis, and lead management Seeking out new partnerships, campaigns and tactical projects to maintain HPGs brand awareness and drive market shareYou will need: At least 5 years experience in a mid-senior level marketing role Experience leading a marketing team Qualification in marketing or communications (or similar relevant field) Strong project management skills - our diverse portfolio of brands and business units requires a marketing leader who can juggle multiple priorities simultaneously Confident communication skills - youre a marketing leader who isnt afraid to speak up, ask questions and go against the status quoHow do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:How many years of experience do you have in the marketing field?Briefly describe a marketing strategy you led that delivered measurable business results.
