This is a permanent role and a unique opportunity to design and lead greenfield Salesforce implementations that span multiple business domains.Key Responsibilities: Design and architect Salesforce solutions that meet complex business requirements, using best practices across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical solutions Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning, SOQL, and integration with third-party applications Create robust data models, manage integrations, and ensure secure, scalable deployments Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and project managers in an Agile environment to ensure successful project delivery Lead solution management and continuously improve the technical Salesforce landscapeWhat Were Looking For: 10+ years of experience in IT solution architecture, including deep Salesforce expertise Proven ability to translate business requirements into robust, scalable Salesforce solutions Skilled in data modeling, API integrations, and DevOps processes Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences Leadership mindset to guide teams and influence project directionWhy Join?This is an exciting opportunity to be the first Salesforce Technical Architect on a large-scale greenfield project.
