Join to apply for the Head of Marketing Services role at AustralianSuper.Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.As the Head of Marketing Services, you will report to the Head of Member Experience & Marketing and develop and deliver marketing campaigns, communication assets, events, and digital media activities for brand building, acquisition, engagement, retention, and other key Fund objectives. This includes managing in-house creative services, event coordination, digital media planning and buying, print production, and marketing automation.Key duties include but are not limited to:Identify opportunities for leverage and integration across the department through an integrated strategic plan.Support acquisition, engagement/retention, and broader Fund objectives by delivering in-house creative services, event coordination, digital media planning and buying, print production, and marketing automation.Engage with agencies and marketing partners to ensure value for investment, high-quality outputs, and cultural alignment.Build and maintain relationships with external providers to achieve member outcomes cost-effectively, aligned with the member offer proposition.Contribute functional expertise and leadership as part of cross-Fund initiatives.Drive evidence-based decision making using relevant metrics for quality data and informed decisions.Promote a risk and compliance mindset within the team by adhering to the Fund''s policies, standards, procedures, and delegated authorities.What you''ll needAbility to translate member needs, regulatory requirements, and strategic ambitions into workable, measurable solutions with a member-centric approach.Proven leadership of diverse, dispersed teams, including managing underperformance.Strong negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement and outcome delivery.Results-oriented with advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong budget management, strategic thinking, and business acumen.Life at AustralianSuperWe are committed to colleague development, offering ongoing learning, coaching, training, and career opportunities.
