The CEO is accountable for a science led approach to regulatory decisions and influences environmental outcomes at scaleoverseeing a significant workforce and managing a substantial budgetwhile championing innovation, integrity and public value.About youYou are a courageous leader with senior executive experience in complex regulatory or public sector environments. You bring a deep understanding of environment protection, a collaborative mindset, and a proven ability to lead in complex contexts. You are well-credentialed, with tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, believe in an evidence-based approach and ideally have experience reporting directly to an independent governing board or similar.
