Were looking for a Head of Compliance Projects and Regulatory Affairs to manage projects ensuring adherence to insurance regulatory codes of practice, primarily under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA). This senior role is part of our Senior Leadership group.Job DescriptionWhat Youll Do:Lead and manage the legal and compliance project work for key PetSure projects such as PDS reviews, product refreshes, brand onboarding and consolidation, value-add service and product initiatives, and quote tool and customer communication refreshes.Keep abreast of current industry developments, trends, and issues that impact the organisation.Monitor upcoming legal and regulatory requirements, and changes to existing laws, international obligations, and government policy.Advocate and represent PetSure in regulatory change matters, including influencing policy and outcomes that may impact PetSure and the pet insurance sector more broadly.Respond to the introduction of new legislation and identify its impact on the organisation with recommendations, ensuring that the Compliance Obligations Register is updated accordingly.Adhere and foster adherence to PetSures risk management framework within areas of responsibility, including monitoring and mitigating risks in accordance with PetSure''s risk appetite.Comply with and demonstrate our Code of Conduct.What Youll Bring:Tertiary Qualification - Bachelor of Law.
