We value our positive workplace culture and are eager to grow our team as we expand! The Opportunity We have an exciting opening for a Centre Manager at our Darwin NT location. We seek a proactive individual to take accountability for the site, oversee all activities, and ensure work is completed timely and correctly, maintaining quality, customer satisfaction, and safety. The goal is to maximize profitability and uphold our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Work Health and Safety Maintain the WHS management system to ensure site safety Report and record safety incidents or near misses promptly Follow all environmental policies and procedures Customer Service and Stakeholder Management Provide exceptional service to clients and work providers Walk clients through repairs upon vehicle collection Maintain positive relationships with all work providers Quality and Vehicle Management Ensure vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition Conduct final QA inspections and address concerns Prepare accurate quotes and vehicle inspections upon arrival Update management systems to reflect vehicle status Order parts, manage invoices, credit notes, and returns Label and store parts appropriately Production Workshop Management Oversee workshop production to meet targets and quality standards Manage vehicle flow to maximize capacity Ensure repairs follow job sheets, repair methods, and SOPs Use consumables efficiently to avoid wastage P&L, Reporting, and Administration Ensure site profitability, review financial reports, budgets, and KPIs Prepare accurate end-of-month reports Carry out invoicing accurately and timely Ensure subcontractor compliance and client billing Leadership and People Management Build positive work relationships and culture Manage staff attendance and performance Recruit, onboard, and conduct performance appraisals Handle misconduct and ensure licensing requirements are met We are open to discussing flexible work hours to accommodate individual needs.
