This household name with a large and diverse workforce and first rate HR practices and systems seeks an experienced employment/IR lawyer with between 3-9 years PAE gained at a reputable law firm or in-house.The role will see you join a strong and friendly team with approachable and down to earth managers, responsible for providing advice on a broad range of employment law and IR issues. You will enjoy autonomy with support as you work with senior stakeholders and provide advice on enterprise bargaining and high-level complex employment law issues including unfair dismissal, HR and workplace relations legal advice, strategy and negotiations.To be successful in this role, you will be commercially minded with strong technical skills, however, it will be your honed interpersonal skills and pragmatic approach that will ensure your success.Some work from home flexibility is available.This role is being handled by Burgess Paluch Legal Recruitment.
