Apply today!Job DetailsPosition Summary:This role is responsible for providing superior client experiences and solutions to all World Courier customers to ensure their needs and expectations are met and exceeded, and that the reputation of the Company is enhanced during each engagement.Responsibilities:Process client bookings over the phone, ensuring all relevant information is collected and entered into World/Bio Star in a timely and accurate mannerManage and resolve routine client issues and complaints in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring clients are satisfied with resolutions providedUpdate and maintain the World Courier Australia pricing database in line with information provided from the National Finance ManagerManage and maintain the companys clinical trial database by setting up sites with shipping documentation in a timely and accurate mannerReport Directly To:International Customer Service Manager/Supervisor.Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:Provide leadership and directionEnsure optimum productivityRun a safe, clean and harassment free environmentCommunicate and build professional relationshipsApproachable Train/Coach othersMotivate others Professional conduct and role model for the departmentProficiency in World Courier systems (WorldSTAR, BioSTAR, OpSTAR, OptiView, etc)What Cencora offersBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
