These roles will be a 15:13 FIFO roster from any Australian Capital City with work locations across various sites in Australia.To successfully execute the role, you will require strong mechanical knowledge, ideally with experience on gas compression packages and wellsite assets. Knowledge and experience with Waukesha, Caterpillar and Jenbacher Gas Engines and Ariel and Frick compressors will be an advantage.15:13 roster on offer with work across various maintenance facilities located in QLDPermanent, full-time role with salary ranging from $130,000 - $160,000 based on level of experience & expertiseFly in, fly out from All Australian Capital CitiesWho do we want to hear from?Trade qualification as Engine Reconditioner, Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, Automotive Mechanic or Plant MechanicMinimum 3 years experience in a similar positionExperience with Waukesha, Caterpillar and Jenbacher gas engines and Ariel and Frick gas compressors would be an advantageAbility to multi-task and work autonomouslyCurrent Australian Drivers Licence (C, MR or HR)The following qualifications would be highly regarded:HRWL to include; LF Forklift, DG DoggingFirst Aid / CPR TrainingPMASUP236B Operate and Maintain a 4WD VehicleMSMWHS217 Gas Test AtmospheresAbility to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screenAbout usAltrad is a trusted provider of expert construction and integrated maintenance solutions across Australia, with a strong track record across key sectors such as energy, mining, utilities, and defence.
