Youll be supported by a passionate team of people dedicated to delivering excellent standards and quality of care.About The RoleOur Domestic Assistant''s provide support to our Home Care clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices.These include:Meal preparation, bed making, dusting and wiping, spot cleaning of customer homes including but not limited to cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, cleaning toilets, cleaning windows, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors.Occasionally transporting clients for outings / appointments / shopping and respite.Ability to identify and promptly report changes in the clients condition to your team leader.Communicate in an appropriate and effective manner that is conducive to effective teamwork with colleagues.Complete all documentation in a timely and accurate manner.About the benefits$15,900 Salary packaging + $2,650 meal & entertainment allowanceExcellent work-life balance.
