Add expected salary to your profile for insightsPerm part-time: Minimum of 20 hours per fortnight (Dependant on your availability & customer needs which may result in casual engagement).Multiple locations available: North, South, East, and West Adelaide.Use your own car: Travel between clients homes using your own vehicle (reimbursed at 99c/km).Ongoing support and training: We provide continuous development to help you thrive in your role at a leading not-for-profit organisation.AnglicareSA, proudly recognised as a Highly Commended Home Care brand in South Australia by the 2024 Australian Trusted Brands Survey, delivers essential in-home support services across the state.Were currently seeking caring and dedicated Care Workers to support older South Australians to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.In this role, youll provide personalised care that honours each individuals unique needs and preferences, while adhering to policies, regulations, and upholding AnglicareSAs core values: Integrity, Compassion, Stewardship, Equity, and Servant Leadership.What can you expect to be doing?Your keen attention to detail and efficient time management will enable you to deliver a variety of in-home support services including personal care, light domestic cleaning, meal preparation, travel and more.Youll follow individual care plans and keep your team updated on clients health and wellbeing, and any changes or concerns that may have occurred.Your ability to organise own workload and to complete tasks within the time allocated.Your empathy, compassion, and strong relationship-building skills to develop warm, respectful connections with a diverse range of clients and their families, delivering truly person-centred care.What do you need to bring?Previous experience providing aged care, home care or community support roles (desirable)A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.A consistently positive attitude, strong reliability, honesty, and a commitment to safe work practices and professional boundaries.Physical capacity to perform a variety of manual tasks independently required in the role.Successful applications must have:Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalentNational Police check (or willingness to obtain)Own registered comprehensively insured car.
