Our team are committed to excellence for our clients as well as managing your own lifestyle and wellbeing; we have high expectations of our work but also an understanding of when to let your hair down and switch off.With a successful practice already established and still growing, you must be eager to assist our fee earners in cultivating quality client relationships. We prioritise team success, and an attitude that we should all lift up those we work with - your success in this role will be reliant on your ability to engage with your colleagues, get your job done and help to grow our teams practice.What does a standard week look like?Document management (organisation and filing on electronic files)Management of billing process, including e-billingEntering disbursementsClient reportingDrafting court documents, court filing, arranging service of documentsCompiling e-briefs to counsel and other expertsOverflow word processingDrafting, editing and despatching lettersDrafting and submitting relevant Medicare / Centrelink formsArranging medical appointmentsOpening and closing filesArranging interstate travelSkills and Experiences:To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 years experience in a legal administrative position with exposure to litigation, ideally supporting an insurance team. Youll have strong MS Office proficiency, impeccable organisation and self-management skills, and at least 60 wpm accurate typing skills.
