Our vibrant, nature-inspired environments reflect our belief in fostering meaningful engagement and holistic growth for every child.To learn more, please visit: www.nccearlylearners.com.auThe OpportunityNCC Early Learners is looking for full-time Early Childhood Teachers to join their teams in St George, Chinchilla, or Goondiwindi, QLD.This role reports directly to the Centre Director and is primarily responsible for delivering the Queensland Kindergarten Program while building strong, nurturing relationships with children and their families.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Delivering a play-based learning program aligned with the Early Years Learning FrameworkDocumenting and assessing childrens learning outcomesBuilding strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleaguesSupporting children during mealtimes, free play, and daily routinesCreating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environmentCollaborating with the team to meet compliance and quality standardsAbout YouTo qualify, you will need a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent), as well as a current Blue Card/Working With Children Check.You will also ideally bring:Experience in play-based learning and curriculum documentationStrong written and verbal communication skillsPassion for early childhood developmentWillingness to work in regional or remote settingsMotivation, resilience, and an adaptable mindsetWhile not required, we also welcome applications from candidates holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, particularly in these regional centres where diploma-qualified educators are also in high demand (please note hourly rates differ from those mentioned in this ad).This is a meaningful role for someone passionate about creating a positive early education experience for children while being part of a close-knit, community-focused team.About the BenefitsCompensation based on skills and experience includes an above-award hourly rate of $42 $55, plus super, and a quarterly remote area allowance will be allocated according to the Queensland Kindergarten guidelines.Other benefits include:Six weeks of annual leaveRelocation and rental assistance for the right candidate (particularly for St George)Flexible working hours within the core business hours (8:00 AM 4:30 PM)Paid professional development and training opportunitiesPaid staff meetingsEmployee Assistance ProgramUniforms suppliedA deeply supportive and community-minded culture"I choose to work here because my family matters to NCC."
