We also offer a distinguished learning platforman elegant fusion of expert knowledge and tailored developmentto support your growth in a culture that celebrates excellence, sophistication, and personal ambition.Job DescriptionAssist guests personally and respond promptly to their requirements, maintaining Sofitel luxury service standards.Provide personalized, efficient, luxury service to all guests.Embrace the service culture of Butler service.Offer warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.Work cohesively as part of a team.Report to the supervisor during your shift and complete all duties assigned by supervisors and team leaders.Initiate contact with hotel guests to offer services and ensure guest satisfaction.Provide concierge services within Club Millesime.Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.Check and deliver meals promptly, maintaining temperature and presentation, and announce items as needed.Serve Food & Beverage according to Club Millesime standards, exceeding guest expectations.Maintain high presentation standards for Food & Beverage service.Keep updated on all menus and wine lists to advise and recommend to guests.Understand allergens and dietary requirements.Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy.Complete all mis-en-place before guests arrive.Perform additional duties as requested by management.QualificationsCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Motivated with excellent attention to detail.Experience in a similar role preferred.Strong communication skills.Professional appearance, representing the Sofitel brand.If you share our passion for hospitality, service excellence, innovation, and drive, we would love to hear from you!Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company, committed to attracting, recruiting, and promoting diverse talent.
