With extraordinary dining options, including Sokyo, BLACK Bar and Grill, Cucina Porto and our vibrant Sports Bar where the action is live and loud, we are dedicated to delivering the ultimate entertainment, hospitality, and dining experiences for all.TheCookreports directly to the Chef De Cuisine and offers an energetic and exciting hands-on approach to flawless product execution in an environment focused on safety and culinary excellence.This is a fantastic opportunity to create unforgettable dining experiences that leave a lasting impression on every guest.A few of your responsibilities:Maintain a clean working environment while preparing food in line with quality expectations and fluctuating volumesConsistently maintain a thorough knowledge of the entire menu, including an understanding of all base products and ingredients usedEnsure food presentation meets menu requirements and kitchen standards (SOPs)Demonstrate knowledge of and be able to use a broad range of cooking and food preparation equipment and skills, such as saut, braising etcWhat we are looking for:High volume culinary experienceCan-do attitude and ability to work well as part of a teamStrong knowledge of food safety regulationsMust be able to work full time hours with working rightsAbout You:You are passionate and creative, willing to share your skills and expertise in guiding and shaping those who are new to a fast-paced kitchen. With exceptional communication skills, you enjoy collaborating with colleagues and management as well as interacting with our customers.
