As part of the iconic Brand Collective network, we create career and customer experiences that enrich the lives of children throughout our 80+ stores in Australia and beyond.We are always on the lookout for passionate and energetic brand ambassadors who will join us on our journey as we continue to grow and evolve this iconic Australian brand!Currently, we are seeking exceptional Casual Retail Assistants for our Shoes and Sox store in Miranda Myer!Key duties and responsibilities:Work as part of team to create a genuine shopping experience for every customerDeliver exceptional customer service through personalising each shoe-fitting serviceEnsure store presentation is immaculate through adhering to our visual merchandising standardsWork as a team player to achieve sales and KPI targetsEnsure product knowledge of footwear and accessoriesAssist your Store Manager with various administration and store maintenance duties including cleaning as requiredContribute to a well organised stock room and use ladders to retrieve stock from a height (comfortability doing so is a must)A positive CAN-DO attitude and embrace the Shoes & Sox culture!The skills and experience we are looking for:You have previous customer service experienceYou are warm, welcoming and enjoy working with childrenYou work well within fast paced team environmentsYou are upbeat, energetic, and motivating - you make the best out of any situation!You are committed to providing exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experiencesYou have strong communication and organisational skillsYou are a great listener and use feedback constructivelyJust some of the perks we offer you:Generous discounts for you and your family across Brand Collective''s entire stable of brands!
