Youll receive comprehensive training in the office (approx. 5-7 weeks) and then have the flexibility of working from home 5 days a fortnight.So, whats the job?Youll be the first point of contact for INBOUND customer enquiries and complaintsYoull provide follow-up advice and support to both external customers and internal stakeholdersYoull work to meet the KPIs and quality expectations of the roleYoull build relationships and rapport with customers, the cornerstone of our successAnd what are we looking for?We are looking for driven individuals who are passionate about the customer experience, enjoy working within a structured environment and are ready grow their career.Youll be available to work 5 days a week on a rotating roster Monday-Sunday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (AEST) (weekend hours are 9am 4pm, but you will not be rostered every weekend)Youll ideally possess previous contact centre experience or customer service / sales experienceYoull be able to demonstrate strong verbally and written communication skillsYoull be a team player and be able to work toward shared goalsYoull have a quick eye and attention for detail, and be able to use that information wiselyYoull be on top of your deadlines and match our positive and follow-through attitudeSo, why choose us?We share a global mission to look after travellers, at every step of their journey.
