Main FunctionsOur Customer Service department is looking for a versatile individual to join our team as Customer Service Officer. Reporting to the Supply Chain & Operations Manager, the Customer Service Officer will work as a key contact with Lallemand Animal Nutrition''s internal and external customers. The successful candidate will learn exceptional communication skills, how to foster good relations with colleagues, and how to deliver the best customer experience.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Coordinate the collection and processing of sales orders;Ensure timely placement of sales orders with warehouses for prompt dispatch and delivery;Handle inquiries via phone and email from internal and external customers, including tracking deliveries and sending welcome packs;Perform stock reconciliations;Consolidate customer complaints and escalate issues to senior team members;Support administrative tasks, including data entry;Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.Technical skillsRequired:- Keen interest in customer service for school leavers- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAn asset:- Proficiency in Microsoft OfficePersonal abilitiesRequired:- Ability to work both as a team player and independently- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry- Positive attitude and willingness to learnGeneral criteriaRequired:- Must work in the office in Maroochydore, QLD, Australia (this is not a WFH position)OrganizationLallemand, a privately held Canadian company founded in the late 19th century, develops and markets microorganisms for various markets.
