With a team of approximately 10 administration staff and 25 technicians, your role will play a crucial role in assisting the smooth and efficient operation of our fast-paced office.We value a positive culture we enjoy having fun and fostering a supportive work environment. Our office services the entire South East Queensland area, so you must be prepared to hit the ground running and contribute to a busy, efficient team.The core responsibilities include:Receiving over 50 inbound calls and email enquiries from clients including domestic, commercial, and buildersProactively making outbound calls to promote our products and servicesResolving customer queries quickly and accuratelyScheduling appointments for clientsConverting enquiries into sales opportunitiesCollaborating with colleagues to ensure office efficiencyMeeting call and sales targetsMaintaining customer records and ensuring data accuracy and complianceManaging your email communication independentlySupporting team members and contributing to a positive work environmentGaining knowledge of all aspects of the business, including pre-construction and pest control servicesRequirements:Experience in customer service or call centre environments (essential)Experience in scheduling/allocating technicians is highly desirableProven experience in phone sales and converting enquiries into salesAbility to work with multiple database systems and email platforms; familiarity with Word and Excel is desirableExcellent verbal and electronic communication skillsAbility to remain calm under pressure and multitask effectivelyStrong problem-solving skillsFocus on delivering exceptional customer experiencesTeam-oriented attitudeProfessional, reliable, and punctualAccurate data entry skillsAs part of the recruitment process, pre-employment medical and reference checks are required.Perks and benefits include:A modern, fun workplace with a strong cultureEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee Referral ProgramIncentive and bonus programsWe are committed to providing excellent service to our clients, starting with our team.
