We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Consultant to join our team based in Caboolture on a permanent full-time basis. With a team of approximately 10 administration staff and 25 technicians, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our busy office.Our culture is important to uswe enjoy a fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment where we find time to have a laugh while maintaining high productivity. We service the entire South East Queensland area, so you must be ready to hit the ground running and contribute from day one.The core responsibilities include:Handling over 50 inbound calls and email inquiries from clients, including domestic, commercial, and builders.Proactively making outbound calls to promote our products and services to existing customers.Resolving customer queries efficiently and accurately.Scheduling appointments for clients.Converting inquiries into sales opportunities.Collaborating with colleagues to ensure office efficiency.Meeting call and sales targets.Maintaining and updating customer records in our databases, ensuring compliance.Managing your email communications autonomously.Supporting team efforts to foster a positive work environment.Gaining knowledge of all aspects of the business, including pre-construction and commercial pest control.Requirements:Experience in customer service or call center environments (essential).Experience in scheduling/allocating technicians in a service-based industry (highly desirable).Proven ability in phone sales and converting inquiries into sales.Ability to work with multiple database systems and email platforms; experience with Word and Excel is desirable.Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills.Ability to stay calm under pressure and multi-task effectively.Strong problem-solving skills.Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.Team-oriented attitude and reliability.Professionalism and punctuality.Accurate data entry skills.As part of the recruitment process, pre-employment medical and reference checks will be required.Perks and benefits include:A modern, fun workplace with a strong culture.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Employee Referral Program.Cash incentives and bonuses.We are committed to providing excellent service to our clients, and we seek passionate, customer-focused individuals to join us.
