Guest Service Agent 6 Month Contract Term - Hervey Bay, Qld About The Role As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, ensuring their journey to and from K''gari (Fraser Island) is seamless and enjoyable. The role includes providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and assisting guests with inquiries. You will be based at Sealink''s mainland office, working with a dynamic team at River Heads. This part-time 6-month contract role offers potential for extension. Working hours are 7am - 4pm, 3-4 days weekly, including some weekends, across a 14-day roster. We are seeking someone local to Hervey Bay who can deliver outstanding customer service and work professionally and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with general inquiries. Handle reservations, ticketing, and check-in procedures efficiently. Provide accurate information about Fraser Island attractions, activities, and services. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Manage phone calls and direct guests appropriately. Assist in coordinating bus and guest arrivals when needed. Obtain and process guest registration and resort information accurately. Skills, Qualifications & Experience Exceptional time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a similar role.
