We specialize in providing tailored services to successful businesses and professional clients.We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time or part-time Client Services Officer / Administration Assistant to join our team.About the RoleThis position is located at Maroochydore on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We are seeking a client-focused superstar who can support reception and our team with general administration and housekeeping duties as required. We are looking for an upbeat and vibrant professional who has the following qualities:Exceptional attention to detail & accuracyExcellent written & verbal communication skillsBrilliant phone manner & personable skillsWillingness to learn, show initiative & be a positive team player who is willing to contributePositive & upbeat attitudeHigh standard of ethics, confidentiality & professionalismExcellent time management with the ability to multitaskResponsible & outcome-focusedTech-savvy and a quick learnerFlexible, adaptable, & dependableYour duties as our Client Services Officer / Administration Assistant will include but are not limited to:Welcoming clients and professionally answering and screening incoming callsElectronic collation and uploading of year-end client documentation such as tax returns, BAS, invoices, and more to our client digital signature portalAssisting with the creation and management of tasks in our internal work-in-progress systemFiling and maintaining confidential client documentationProcessing lodgments with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)Assisting with ASIC compliance tasks, including the setup of new company and trust structuresManaging communications with government departments such as the ATO and ASICPreparing and distributing our monthly client newsletterAssisting with digital marketing initiativesManaging debtors and following up on outstanding payments via email and textAssisting clients with bookkeeping and payroll processing queries - training provided.Assisting the Principal with diary and email mangement and appointment setting between our Sunshine Coast and Brisbane Offices.About YouThe ideal candidate will possess:Minimum of 2-3 years experience in an office administration role, preferably within an accounting firmProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and a strong comfort level with technologyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alikeAn ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a busy environmentA high level of professionalism, with a strong focus on confidentiality and ethical standardsWhy Clarke McEwan?At Clarke McEwan, we pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
