This role exists to position Lyka as the most credible and science-led fresh food brand in the vet space.Your mandate? Make the benefits of fresh, evidence-based nutrition unmistakably clear - empowering vets and vet nurses to confidently recommend Lyka in clinic.Aligned to our goal of normalising real food for pets, you''ll lead education that bridges clinical insight with practical application, ensuring Lyka is known, trusted, and endorsed across the profession.Responsibilities:Veterinary Education: develop and implement scalable programs that highlight Lyka''s clinical benefits, nutritional value, and product science; build/maintain a modular education library across digital, in-person, and self-serve formats; create CPD-accredited content, webinar series, lunch-and-learns, and in-clinic training tools.Internal Enablement: upskill frontline and operations teams to ensure consistent, informed engagement with veterinary partners; foster product fluency across roles with tailored tools and interactive training sessions.Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement: represent Lyka at veterinary conferences and scientific forums; partner with key opinion leaders to co-create compelling, evidence-led content and case-based learning; support Lyka''s clinical credibility through speaking engagements, panels, and ongoing CPD delivery.Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with Product, R&D, Strategy, Sales Ops, and Marketing to align education with product innovation and market needs.Act as the voice of the veterinary profession within Lyka - ensuring content relevance, feedback loops, and clinical insight are prioritised.Who are we?Lyka is an Australian founded pet wellness company that''s shaking up an outdated industry and paving the way for happier, healthier pets.
