What Will You Do?As a Ward Clerk, youll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the unit and ensuring a smooth patient experience.Key Responsibilities IncludeAnswering phones and providing outstanding customer service both in person and over the phoneAssisting with data entry, admissions, and dischargesSupporting the team by managing paperwork, filing, and ordering suppliesYoull receive comprehensive training and ongoing support and mentorship to help you succeed and grow in the role.
