Centre for Support and Advancement of Learning and Teaching (CSALT) | UniSC Sunshine Coast Campus, Sippy DownsLevel 5, $80,236 - $90,420 p.a., plus up to 17% employer superannuationFull-time (36.25 hrs per week), ongoing appointmentThe OpportunityJoin a vibrant and fast-paced team, providing high-level administrative support to the General Manager and Centre operations. In this key role, youll coordinate workflows, manage communications, schedules, finances, reports, meetings, and travelensuring everything runs smoothly and deadlines are met. Your strong organisational skills and understanding of university structures, policies, and processes will be essential to keeping things on track and supporting the Centres success.For more information on CSALT, please visit us online: Centre for Support and Advancement of Learning and TeachingYou willprovide day-to-day operational support for the General Manager and CSALT team including diary, office procedures, internal communications, reports and records management;coordinate CSALT communication through maintaining MyUniSC staff intranet pages and news items, corporate web pages, and drafting and editing general correspondence as directed; andprovide support in management of various professional development events, workshops and other CSALT activities and functions as required.About youYou''re a confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, including experience writing for online platforms and engaging with groups. You bring a strong understanding of information management, paired with sharp organisational and time management abilities. Youre proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently, yet thrive in a collaborative, high-volume environment where problem-solving and delivering quality outcomes are key.You will possess:Completion of a degree or an equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training;Advanced digital literacyis essential, including Microsoft Office365 suite and various web-based applications, and ability to quickly upskill and learn new systems as they emerge; and Experience working in a project management environment, including achieving deliverables, update action plans and prepare information for reports.UniSC is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
