This program, which ran for the first time in January 2024, is the flagship international mobility program for the University of Tasmania and is delivered through the Unit, HOS201 International Mobility: Global Sustainability and Local Responses in the Indo-Pacific. This unit will involve 140 students spending four weeks in either Vietnam, Malaysia or Indonesia. The incumbent will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement the UniGO program in partnership with universities across the Indo-Pacific and will liaise with and support University students undertaking the program for the duration of the program lifecycle.What youll do:Implementation and management of UniGO program across the program lifecycle.Undertaking continuous review and refinement of UniGO program and support Unit Coordinators to ensure that the program design meets intended learning outcomes.High level stakeholder engagement and partner relationship management.Under the oversight of the Associate Director, International Relations, lead budget development, preparation and management.Undertake risk assessments and oversee compliance with risk management procedures, ensuring that the programs risk management procedures are in alignment.What were looking for:Excellent interpersonal skills, with extensive experience in the management of partnerships with service providers and program partners.Strong understanding of project management and risk management principles and proven ability to identify potential issues and recommend and enact appropriate responses.Sound technical and systems skills with the ability to work across multiple online platforms. Familiarity with Terra Dotta is preferred.Extensive experience in development and management of external grant funding, including the writing and submitting of grant applications which meet compliance obligations. In depth knowledge of the New Colombo Plan is preferred.Salary detailsAppointment to this role will be at HEO 8 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $147,034 pro-rata comprising base salary within the range of $110,524 to $125,670 plus 17% superannuation.How to ApplyTo apply online, please provide your CV and 1-2-page cover letter outlining your interest in the role, skills, capabilities and experience.
