This role is offered as a fixed-term 12-month contract, with the potential for permanency for the right candidate.Please note: This is a DIDO opportunity; accommodation in Middlemount will be provided.Your next role:Our client is looking for a motivated and people-focused professional to join their People & Engagement (P&E) teama collaborative group committed to delivering innovative HR solutions that make a difference on site. In this role, you''ll support daily operations and help foster a high-performing, engaged workplace culture.Your responsibilities will include:Collaborate with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely, effective, and compliant outcomes.Maintain data accuracy across HR systems, databases, and tracking tools.Provide day-to-day support throughout the employee life cycle, including onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding.Champion consistency and best practices across all departments.Contribute to site-wide people initiatives and P&E projects that align with our strategic goals.Support a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement and team-building activities.About you:Experience in an HR administrative or support role, ideally within mining, resources, or a similar industrial environment.Qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (preferred but not essential).A collaborative approach, a willingness to learn, and a passion for continuous improvement.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Why Apply?Full-time, fixed-term opportunity with potential for permanency5/2 roster (Monday to Friday) site-based roleCompany-provided accommodationCompetitive salary and employee benefitsHow To ApplyIf you have the required qualifications & are looking to secure your next career move, we want to hear from you.
