This is a full-time permanent role with genuine career progression on offer.Job DescriptionOur client is an industry leading Aged Care provider, currently on the lookout for a passionate and professional individual to join their growing HR team. This is a full-time permanent role with genuine career progression on offer.As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for HR activities across the employee lifecycle. Providing HR advice, generalist support and coaching to your designated region in all facets of HR.You will gain hands-on experience in areas such as employee relations and engagement, learning and development, performance management, coaching and mentoring, reporting, and WHS.Along with BAU, this role will also gain experience with driving initiatives to achieve HR strategic goals, undertake HR projects and contribute to HRIS implementation. Working in this varied role where no two days are the same, some of your key responsibilities include:Key Accountabilities:Act as a trusted partner to managers on ER issues, providing guidance and coaching as neededCollaborate with leaders on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiativesProvide training and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practicesLead various HR initiatives and contribute to the development and delivery of projectsEnsure adherence to employment laws, industrial agreements, and internal organisational policiesPromote a positive work culture in a collaborative team environmentKey Requirements:Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management (or equivalent experience)Previous working experience in a HR Business Partner role or similarOutstanding relationship-building skillsKnowledge of Awards, EBAs, HR and Payroll Statutory and Legislative requirementsA team player with a collaborative and solutions focused approachWhat to do next?If this resonates as your ideal opportunity or you would like to find out more, click apply now or email Ciara Goggin at cgoggin@hrpartners.com.auAt HR Partners by Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
