This role will also manage and oversee cost control of all site related maintenance activities.Ensure production and related equipment are maintained to the highest standard to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.Implement an effective PM (preventative maintenance) program to deliver sustained equipment reliability in line with CP policies, goals, and objectivesPartner with Operations to lead AM and PM standards for FPR (Factory performance and reliability)Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring ongoing coaching and developmentEffective management of the maintenance budget and spare partsOversee contractor managementProvide hands-on breakdown support for the manufacturing and maintenance team with a focus on timely and effective RCARequired (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc)Electrical / mechatronics engineering or similar background+5 Years experience in engineering roles in FMCG manufacturing facilitiesAt least 2 years as a maintenance engineer or maintenance manager managing a team of tradesExperience with computerized maintenance management systems (e.g. SAP PM, MEX, etc)Strong understanding and knowledge of PLCs (e.g. AB, Siemens, etc)Plant Systems experience (e.g Wonderware Scada)Experience with process and manufacturing equipment used in FMCG manufacturing (e.g. rotary fillers, labellers, tanks, pumps, packaging equipment, etc)Preferred Requirements:Knowledge of GMP and EHS principlesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsEqual Opportunity EmployerColgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.Are you interested in working for Colgate-Palmolive?
