Southern Adelaide Local Health Network FLINDERS MEDICAL CENTRE HOTEL SERVICESSalary $82,090.00 - $87,758.00 (Pro Rata) OPS5 | FULL TIME ONGOINGAn exciting opportunity exists within the Hotel Services Team for a Cleaning Manager to join us on an ongoing basis!As the Cleaning Manager with Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN), you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all cleaning operations, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.About the role:In this pivotal role, expertise in staff management, training, and resource allocation will be invaluable for optimising our cleaning operations and maintaining the highest levels of quality and efficiency.Duties for the role will include:Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse workforce, ensuring cleaning plans and schedules are followed in accordance with the organisation and individual unit requirementsReview service delivery, identify service gaps, and support new approaches to the delivery of cleaning services.Develop, execute, and manage environmental cleaning programs to ensure patient satisfaction and cleaning standards are metCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service delivery excellence.About you:Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectivelyProven experience in managing cleaning within a healthcare environmentExperience in coordinating work routines, methods, and priorities to ensure cleanliness and safetyAbility to be flexible and adaptable in response to organisational and operational changesThe attached role description is currently under review and may be adjusted prior to appointment.
