Youll manage multi-party deals involving SPVs, corporate finance, debt structuring and government partnershipsseeing deals through from concept to financial close and integration.This role is ideal for an experienced finance or investment professional with strong commercial acumen and a passion for impact.Key responsibilities include:Originate, assess, structure and deliver housing transactionsLead negotiations with capital partners, developers and government stakeholdersOversee due diligence, legal documentation and financial closeBuild robust financial models to assess investment returns and riskCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of successful projectsAbout the teamThe Homes division is committed to expanding and enhancing Housing Choices Australia''s portfolio of safe, affordable, accessible, and sustainable housing. The division ensures homes meet evolving resident expectations and contribute positively to community resilience and sustainability.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout youYou will have:Tertiary qualifications in finance, business, economics or a related fieldAt least 58 years experience in investment, banking, housing, or property developmentStrong commercial negotiation and contract execution capabilitiesProven experience managing project finance, corporate debt, and mixed capital structuresStrong financial modelling and analytical skillsExcellent stakeholder engagement, verbal communication, and presentation skillsDesirable: postgraduate qualifications (e.g. CFA, CA, CPA) and experience working with housing or government finance models.You must agree to undergo any required employment screening, including but not limited to a National Criminal History or Police Check, Working with Children or Vulnerable Persons Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.Even if you do not meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
