From guided gorge hikes and scenic helicopter tours to 4WD adventures and natural thermal springs, this role is all about delivering moments our guests will never forget.DutiesLeading the Activities & Tours team to deliver exceptional guest experiencesOverseeing scheduling, planning, and daily operations of all tours and activitiesTraining and mentoring staff to uphold safety and service standardsCoordinating logistics for tour bookings, equipment, and vehiclesManaging customer feedback, complaints, and ensuring guest satisfactionSkills & ExperienceProven leadership experience in tourism, outdoor recreation, or resort environmentsStrong people management skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiencesAbility to think on your feet and adapt quickly in a remote settingExcellent communication and organisational skillsManual Drivers Licence essential; First Aid and 4WD experience highly desirableLive and work in one of Australias most awe-inspiring locationsOnsite accommodation and meals at a subsidised costRelocation Reimbursement ($$)A close-knit team culture with support from passionate tourism professionalsA role that offers both adventure and career developmentThis is a remote role, where you will be living and working at El Questro.
