Your role will include: Administrative Support: data entry, supporting financial processes, preparing documents and taking meeting minutes. Reception & Liaison: Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, liaising with service providers and contractors. Event & Meeting Coordination: Setting up and scheduling meetings, booking travel, and organizing program-related events. Fleet & Safety Management: Overseeing program vehicles and processing logbooks. Office Management: Maintaining office systems and handling general administrative duties as required.What you need to succeedStrong customer service skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels and de-escalate difficult interactionsExcellent time management and ability to prioritise tasksA collaborative mindsetable to work independently and within a teamA valid NSW Employee Working with Childrens CheckHigh level competency in working with figures and use of spreadsheets for budgets and dataAccurate word processing and presentation skills - Word, Excel, PowerPointProven organisational skills and the ability to multi-task with attention to detail, accuracy and deadlinesExcellent telephone and inter-personal mannerA Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable)Why Join Us?
